Wrinkle treatment with hyaluronic acid

With age, the skin loses collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. This leads not only to a loss of volume but also to the formation of static wrinkles that remain permanently visible.

Targeted injections of cross-linked hyaluronic acid can fill these wrinkles and give the facial features structural support. The aim of the treatment is not to change your facial expressions but to restore balanced, natural facial aesthetics.

Duration:

approx. 30–45 minutes.

Slight swelling or redness is possible and subsides over the following days.

Smoothing of static wrinkles through targeted injections Improved skin elasticity thanks to the water-binding effect Changes may be visible immediately after the treatment, depending on the treatment. Natural result without restricting facial expressions

Nasolabial folds (between the nose and the corners of the mouth) Marionette lines (running down from the corners of the mouth) Perioral lines (fine lines around the mouth)

After an individual analysis and consultation, the treatment is carried out with fine cannulas or needles. The hyaluronic acid is injected precisely into the areas concerned to smooth wrinkles and gently support structures.

Improvement visible immediately Final result after 2–3 weeks (once tissue and skin have settled) Natural-looking smoothing and rejuvenation without an “overfilled” effect

How long it lasts depends on the area, the product and your individual metabolism. According to the manufacturer: 6–12 months on average.

FAQ

In most cases, hyaluronic acid is injected with a blunt cannula. This technique is particularly gentle, minimises the risk of bruising. How painful the treatment feels can vary from person to person. In addition, many hyaluronic acid products contain a local anaesthetic. Most patients therefore find the treatment very well tolerated.

Yes. Depressed acne scars or certain other scars can be lifted with hyaluronic acid so that the skin surface looks more even. Whether this method makes sense in an individual case is assessed during the consultation.

Before the treatment, we recommend avoiding blood-thinning medication (such as aspirin) where possible and limiting sun exposure. After the treatment, strong heat (sauna, solarium), intensive sunbathing or sport should be avoided for a few days. It is also advisable not to massage or touch the treated areas firmly.
