Collagen stimulators

Linerase®

Linerase® is not a classic filler but a collagen stimulator based on type I collagen. Unlike products that mainly add volume or tighten, Linerase® aims to improve the skin structure itself.

It is used particularly when fine skin quality, scars or stretch marks are the focus – in other words, where adding volume alone is not enough.

Results

  • First effects are visible after a few weeks
  • The skin looks increasingly tighter, firmer and more youthful
  • According to the manufacturer, the effect lasts up to 2 years

Improved skin texture and density Smoothing of fine lines without adding volume Promotes elasticity and an even complexion Particularly suitable for treating acne scars, atrophic scars and striae (stretch marks) Natural, regenerative result

Cheek and temple area with volume loss Wrinkles in the lower third of the face (e.g. marionette lines) Sagging skin in the chin and jawline area Neck & décolleté

Linerase® is injected into the dermal layers, where the fibroblasts are specifically stimulated to form new type I collagen. Typically, 3–4 sessions 2 weeks apart are recommended. To maintain the effect in the long term, top-ups every 6–12 months are useful – for certain indications or goals, even every 2–4 months. The treatment is short, well tolerated and does not involve any extended downtime.

FAQ

First, an anaesthetic cream is applied to the skin to make the treatment as comfortable as possible. Linerase® is then introduced evenly with fine injections across the whole face or in the chosen area (e.g. neck, décolleté, hands, scarred areas).

Yes. Slight redness or swelling may occur directly after the treatment and subsides within a few hours to days. To avoid complications, sauna, solarium, intensive sun exposure and sport should be avoided for the first few days. After the treatment, patients receive all the important information on what to bear in mind in the following days.

Linerase® is particularly suitable for patients with thin skin, loss of elasticity, acne scars, atrophic scars or stretch marks. The treatment is not carried out in the case of acute skin infections, pregnancy, breastfeeding or certain pre-existing conditions.

Yes. Linerase® combines very well with other treatments that also target skin quality and regeneration – for example microneedling, peels or biorevitalisation. Which combination makes sense in an individual case depends on the skin condition and treatment goals.
